Madagascar 3
The Madagascar movie is an animation series that has fascinated many people both young and old and the third one which is Madagascar 3 is on the way. The film has already captured quite an enviable following. The producers and directors of this wonderful movie however, are not stopping at that. Very soon, in fact as soon as mid 2012 Madagascar 3, the third installment of the Madagascar series is expected to premier.
The movie written by Noah Baumbach, directed by Eric Darnell and produced by Dreamworks Animation will be the third installment of the series. It is preceded by “Madagascar” and “Escape to Africa”. The movie also saw the release of a spin off television program “The Penguins of Madagascar”. All these previous editions of the series have earned worldwide recognition and sold millions of copies. Actually, the series has been a big movie that has earned a lot of money. The revelation that there will be a new release of the series has been welcomed with a lot of excitement especially considering the fact that the last release was filled with a lot of suspense to the end.
Madagascar 3
According to dependable sources from Dreamworks Animation, Madagascar 3 will premier in the summer of 2012. The movie is expected to continue from where it left. The sources further revealed that Alex the lion, Gloria the hippopotamus, Melman the giraffe and Marty the zebra who in the last installment were in Africa are now desperate to go back to the United States in the zoo where they came from. The Four will be joined by King Maulien, Mort, Maurice and the cute penguins as they try to trace their way back.
The animals will find themselves in Europe where they will have to integrate into a traveling circus to try to enter the United States. This will not be very easy and they will have to device clever methods in order to succeed. However, with the experience they have got since they left New York is expected to come in handy.
The cast for the movie will remain with the likes of Ben Stiller as “Alex”, Chris Rock as “Marty”, David Schwimmer as “Melman”, Jada Pinkety Smith as “Gloria”, Sacha Baron Cohen as “King Julien”, Cedric the Entertainer as “Maurice” and Andy Richter as “Mort”. However, one notable addition to the cast is the introduction of grammy Frances McDormand as an animal control officer who will be the movie’s villain. The introduction of some other characters in the likes of a Russian tiger, a Latina Jaguar and an Italian sea Lion is expected to further add some spice to the already existing list of characters.
One other exciting revelation is that this release could very well go 3D. This would make it perfect. Imagine watching this exciting animation in the comfort of a 3D display? According to the CEO of Dreamworks Animation Jeffrey Katzenberg, this movie will simply be hilarious and a must watch. He has promised the millions of the Madagascar series fans to keep their fingers closed and that Madagascar 3 would be a splendid watch.
